Novaro Baby artichokes in extra virgin olive oil 180 g: small, tasty and tender, these baby artichokes are a real delight.
Baby artichokes come from lower down the plant and although fully mature, their petals remain softer than the larger ones. In addition, they do not have a choke in the centre making it possible to eat virtually all of it.
After being carefully cleaned they are cooked slightly and soaked in extra virgin olive oil. This traditional processing preserves all the taste of the raw artichoke.
