Uses
Ready to use, these succulent Novaro Sundried Tomatoes can be used straight from the jar, simply drain them and pat dry with a paper towel if you wish to remove the excess oil.
The Novaro sundried tomatoes make an excellent appetizer served, for example, on a slice of homemade bread or bruschetta. They can also be used in green, pasta or rice salads; added to pasta sauces or as an ingredient in a delicious risotto and countless other dishes where you desire a punch of intense tomato flavour. Try chopping them and using them along with capers to add a special touch to the traditional Caprese (tomato mozzarella) salad. Sundried tomatoes have an intense flavour so be careful not to add too many. Storage instructions
Store in a cool dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, ensure that the product is covered in oil, top up if necessary, and keep refrigerated (+4°C). Consume within 5 days.
