Porcini Mushrooms in Oil 180 g

The Novaro Porcini Mushrooms in oil 180 g are prepared according to an old Ligurian recipe dating back to the 19th century with bay leaves, rosemary, garlic and pepper, blanched in water and vinegar and jarred in olive oil.

The recipe is reinterpreted without exceeding either the spices or the vinegar, they add their touch without overdoing it. The flavour of the porcini mushroom is authentic and intense.

It is a high quality product, excellent in appetizers.

Storage instructions
Keep in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened keep refrigerated (+4°C) and eat within 5 days.
