Our tuna, obtained from yellowfin tuna or Yellowfin (Thunnus Albacares), is carefully processed in Italy: steamed, cut and jarred by hand, with the addition of top quality olive oil.
Novaro Tuna in olive oil 200g is highly appreciated thanks to its frank flavour, intense aroma and beautiful bright pink colour, the result of the quality of workmanship still carried out to perfection.

Uses
Tuna in olive oil can be used as a condiment or ingredient in many different preparations. For example, to dress a cold pasta or a mixed salad, as a delicious sandwich filling together with mozzarella, or eaten plain as it is on a piece of bread maybe topped with a drizzle of our extra virgin olive oil…
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Once opened, ensure that the product is covered in oil, top up if necessary, and keep refrigerated (+4°C). Consume within 3 days.
